3. In most cases, during normal business hours, we will contact you within an hour with an estimate.

1. Within 24 hours of receiving your order we will show you 3D images of the design for your approval.

2. After the design is approved, a wax model of the design is created (usually within 24 hours).

3. After the wax is created, it is ready for casting and the final steps of production.

What are the payment terms?

Payment is due upon receipt. This means that when you receive your order, as long as you happy and there is no further work needed, payment is due immediately. We do not offer 30 day terms. Thank you for understanding.

How can we help you save money?

1. Because our orders are "Due Upon Receipt" instead of 30-60 days, we are able to pass the savings onto our customers.

2. When you customize your order, you can lower your cost by having more control over the size, number, and quality of the diamonds, as well as the type and weight of metal used.

3. If any time in the future you would like to remake the same ring, your cost will be lower. This is because the design is saved on our computer, confidentially.

4. For our customers interested in diamonds, we have direct connections with diamond importers in Israel and Los Angeles which allow us to provide you with the diamonds at very competitive prices. Shahar Dahari, the owner of Cecilia I.L.U., has many years of experience with diamonds as a former diamond cutter, gemologist and rough diamond designer. His experience and connections can save you time and money.

5. To make sure your satisfaction when it comes to diamonds, we carry 50x magnification microscope camera which takes high quality pictures of your diamonds so you will be able to inspect the cut, proportions, matching pairs, and clarity. Click here to see a sample of microscopic image.

6) I have someone who can create the wax for me. I just need the CD with the design file so I can create the wax myself. Will you charge me for the CD/file?
